Houlihan's is a great restraunt for all occasions. My sister, brother-in-law, and myself went there last night before going to the Fox for Phantom of the Opera. We generally go before or after going to a performing arts exhibit. The staff is friendly, the view is nice, and the 'shrooms are amazing.the spinach dip is also worth a gamble, although the cilantro on the pita may be a bit strong for some people. Casual, work cloths, or dressed up, come as you are because there are people from evreywhere. It is located near enough local attractions to be accesible for a lunch while site-seeing, or for dinner on your way out on the town. all in all, an A+
